"My Motto is 'use it or lose it.' I think without play, we mentally and physically slow down a lot sooner. Play for me is losing myself completely, being fully absorbed in something so sweet that I lose all track of time. It is letting go of the ‘shoulds' and grasping the 'just because I want tos' and the 'why nots'. Play for me can be loud and out there or quiet and introspective. Play is the joy of breathing fresh air and pushing my body. Being out with my camera and being creative, capturing beauty and moments is one of my favourite ways to play.
